During the visit to the Vatican is important to wear appropriate clothing: the shoulders and knees must be covered. Opening from Monday to Saturday: the Ticket Office is open from 9 am to 4 pm. The Museums close at 6 pm. N.B. exit from rooms half an hour before closing time. Closed on Sunday (except the last Sunday of every month, free entrance from 9 am to 12.30 pm; the Museums close at 2 pm) except certain dates.

How will the payment be made?
If you like, you can prepay the tour at time of booking by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex), please EXPRESS AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE YOUR credit card in the “NOTE” when you make your booking.
The rates include the use of our cars, English speaking driver, tolls. NOT included: meals, gratuities, entrance to museums.
Is there free cancellation?
One of us is disabled and use wheelchair. Can I book your service?
If you have a foldable mobility scooter that once closed becomes like a suitcase, you can reserve a minivan or a van.
Please do not reserve a standard car or a Mercedes-Benz E Class if you have a foldable wheelchair or mobility scooter, cause your booking will be considered invalid.
Does the quote include taxes, service charges and gratuities?
Gratuities are not included, but you are not forced to tip a driver, give it to him only if he really satisfied you. A good tip goes from 5 to 10 euros.
What if I need the car seat for my son?
