The group to be confirmed must consist of at least 4 passengers. Once the group is confirmed, the price is fixed, and does not change.

When your card will be charged? As soon as we reach 5 passengers (not before). The charge will be made by TRAVELONLINE.ORG. A formal confirmation will be sent to you by email. Until 4 passengers payment is due to the driver in cash, and credit card is hold to guarantee the reservation only.

In order to respect the other passengers of the shuttle, if you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure/commencement time, there is no cancellation fee.
After you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

No it is not possible to book a shared service if you have a wheelchair or a foldable mobility scooter. If the wheelchair (or mobility scooter) is foldable, and you do NOT need a ramp or elevator, you can reserve a Private minivan or a van.

Please do not reserve a shared service if you have a foldable wheelchair or mobility scooter, cause your booking will be considered invalid and not refundable.

Our prices for Shared Transfers including Taxes and Fees. Gratuities are not included, but you are not forced to tip a driver, give it to him only if he really satisfied you. A good tip goes from 5 to 10 euros.
If payment is due in cash, and you ask to pay by credit card, there is a 15% of extra charge.

No it is not possible to book a shared service and have a baby carseat.
Toddlers are not required to be in a car seat when riding in a taxi/limo. We encourage our clients to book a private minivan, if you want to have 1 baby carseat in car (guaranteed at 99%).

Hilton Rome Airport is accepted without extra charge, for other hotels an extra 30€ in total is required. Remember to clarify everything in the comments on the booking form, including the hotel name and address. If the hotel is not suitable, we will contact you within 48hrs.

Rome Marriott Park Hotel can not be served with a shared service; it is too far from the center of Rome and too far from FCO. Infact, it is situated 16 km from the International Airport Leonardo da Vinci Airport (FCO) and is 15 km from St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel!

I am sorry we can’t drop-off in Civitavecchia town, the service is shared, the van enters from the highway and goes to the pier, going to the city during the high season involves a loss of time. Instead the van of the shared service goes back and forth on a fixed route, making a detour has a cost of time.
To be left at a hotel in Civitavecchia, we can assist you with a private service only.

Shared shuttles are not convenient for party of 5, or more. If you are 5 passengers or more, you do not need shared shuttle, you need a private Van just for you.

PICKUP AT FIUMICINO AIRPORT OR CIVITAVECCHIA PORT.

In order to respect the other passengers, the maximum allowed wait time is 20 minutes. It is recommended to be punctual.
It is important to choose the right pickup time, particularly at Fiumicino Airport we recommend at least 1 hour after your scheduled arrival time. If you have problems with luggage or other, it is good to get in touch with our customer service to see if we can help you in any way.

PICKUP AT YOUR HOTEL OR PRIVATE APARTMENT IN ROME CITY.

Shared shuttle make maximum 4 stops and depend from your destination if you will be the first pickup (drop off) or the last pickup (drop off). Pickup location is normally outside the door steps of your accommodation. Your driver will start the service at the pickup time. Your exact pickup time depends on all hotels location and may vary. It may takes 30/40 minutes to complete the process.
Also in this case, in order to respect the other passengers, the maximum allowed wait time is 15 minutes. It is recommended to be punctual.

Each party pays his fare. For example, if you are a party of 2 going from the port to Rome FIUMICINO AIRPORT, you will pay 99 euro in total.
