The ordinary shuttle bus service runs on a circular route (Blue Line) with two main terminals:
- Fortezza (near Fort Michelangelo)
- Parcheggio Nord (North Parking Area)

Fortezza (terminal) → Darsena → Largo della Pace → Autorità di Sistema Portuale Nord → Banchine 16–18 → Terminal ADM (Autostrade del Mare) → Banchina 20 → Banchina 21 → Dogana Nord → Punta S. Paolo → Mattonara → Parcheggio Nord (terminal) → Banchine 32–33–34 → Banchine 26–27–28 → Parcheggio Cruise → Dogana Sud → Terminal ADM (Autostrade del Mare) → Autorità di Sistema Portuale Sud → Banchina S. Teofanio → Banchina Sardegna
As shown in the stop maps displayed at each bus stop, the circular route includes two stops at Terminal ADM (Autostrade del Mare).
