If you have a foldable mobility scooter that once closed becomes like a suitcase, you can reserve a minivan or a van.
Please do not reserve a standard car or a Mercedes-Benz E Class if you have a foldable wheelchair or mobility scooter, cause your booking will be considered invalid.
Does the quote include taxes, service charges and gratuities?
Gratuities are not included, but you are not forced to tip a driver, give it to him only if he really satisfied you. A good tip goes from 5 to 10 euros.

Your driver will wait for you at the Meeting Point of your terminal, according to the flight information provided to us by the airport and/or airline, located after the doors of the Customs/Baggage Claim Area. Drop-off is at your accommodation in Rome City center.
